The main reason behind the collaboration is to ensure that the players enjoy playing the game and receive the in-game items which are launched during the event. The last time when the developers of PUBG Mobile had collaborated with a big personality, it was a few months ago when they collaborated with a BlackPink official. Now they have already confirmed that they would be doing a collaboration with Lionel Messi.

So, the developers of PUBG Mobile saw this as a huge opportunity through which they would be able to capture the Mobile Gaming market more. The best part about this collaboration is that this would be for the first time when Lionel Messi would be collaborating with a Gaming company. This collaboration would be having the things which the other collabs also had like event exclusive in-game items, outfits, gun skins and much more.

The players should also keep it in mind that such items would be available in the game for a limited time only. It means that they would be having just a few days to avail them in their inventory. Messi has been the greatest football players of all time and he also commented on this collaboration with PUBG Mobile. So, this would be one of the biggest collaborations made by PUBG Mobile. The Indian fans of PUBG Mobile are not sure whether they would be able to get updates in BGMI as the game did not even receive the version 2.2 update which had been recently launched by the developers.
