BGMI support section updated after months of Ban

It has been a long time since Battlegrounds Mobile India has been banned by the Government of India. The servers of the game are still working but the audience is decreasing day by day. The developers of the game had promised the players that they would be keeping them updated regarding the news of game unban but it has been a long time since the players got some information from the side of the Developers. There are many information which is available regarding the game unban on the Internet but none of them is trusted.

Content creators of BGMI have shifted to some other games and have advised the players to leave BGMI for some time as the game would take time to get unbanned. But now it seems that the developers have started working on the same again. After a very long time, the developers of BGMI and PUBG Mobile updated the Support section of BGMI. This was for the first time after the ban that the developers made some updates regarding the game. But it should be noted that they have yet not provided any information regarding the next update would be launched to BGMI or not.

We all know that the developers have yet not taken down the official website of BGMI for a long time. They just have taken down the links from the official website through which the players would have been able to download the game even when it was not available on the Play Store. Recently, they have made some changes which are not much good but it seems that the developers are still working on the game to ensure that it remains active. This is the only positive hope which the players eagerly waiting for the game saw in the past few days from the officials side.

Support section updates

Let us now have a look at the changes which have been recently made to the Support section of BGMI. These changes have been made to the in-game section of the Support center, and soon it would be available to the players on the official website of BGMI. This was first spotted by some internet influencers who have been checking the BGMI website every now and then. They, fortunately, noticed that the developers have added a total of four new articles to the support section of the game’s official website.

These are the articles which have been newly added to the official website of BGMI in the section of Support Center.

• How to Add/ Delete and Block/Unblock a player in the game?

• How to unlink my Social Media account from the game?

• Refund of Prime/ Prime Plus subscription

• How to delete a game account?

• Report cheater directly through in-game channel

All of these articles were looking normal and the players thought that the system might have been late providing these information to the players. But there was one thing which was noticed by the players. The developers have provided a video link to the players which informs them regarding these guides.

These video links would be redirecting the players to a video which has been uploaded to the official channel of Krafton Support. It has been out of people’s reach for a long time and now it seems that the developers are working to make it active. They have put forward video links which would be informing the players about the same but they have not put the video link for one article. The developers did not provided any video link to the players about how they would be able to purchase the Prime or Prime Plus subscriptions.

It seems that they are updating the support section taking the ban in mind and it also seems that there are some works going on behind the scenes after the game ban. The players are still advised to wait for the developers to provide information regarding the game unban. However, many Content creators have said that it would take a few months for the game to be unbanned. Some of them have even said that the game would be back till the first quarter of 2023.
