Genesis Dogma crowned as PMPL Indonesia Champions

The Fall season of PUBG Mobile Pro League 2022 Thailand came to an end. It was a fantastic tournament for all the teams in the region but the best teams were capable to figure out a way and be qualified for the further stages. The team of Genesis Dogma has been crowned as the winners of the tournament and would be advancing towards the next stages of the tournament. They played consistently well in the tournament finals which helped the team to win the tournament. The last day of the tournament was way too intense but at the end, it was Genesis Dogma who has defied the odds and won.

They were around 50 points behind the team which held the first position. Therefore, the team had made some strategies before the day which helped them to take over the first position by the end of the tournament. So, they took a total of 86 points and secured the first spot on the leaderboard. On the last day of the tournament, the team had secured a total of one win and three podium spots which helped them to gain a lot of points. It was probably the most unexpected comeback of the tournament and the fans loved it. No team had a response to the same.

So, Genesis Dogma ended the tournament at the 1st position with a total of 236 points. Alter Ego were at the first position but they weren't able to capitalize on the comeback of Genesis Dogma. So, they finished the tournament at the 2nd position and were 1 point behind the first position. They had a tough competition for the first spot until the last match. In the last match of the tournament, the team of Alter Ego were eliminated at the 16th position due to which they left the title and got slipped down to the 2nd spot.

Now if we have a look at the regional PMGC rankings, then it can be said that the team of Alter Ego has advanced for the League Stages of PMGC 2022. They were on the top and accumulated highest points in all the regional tournaments combined. Boom Esports also dominated the lobby during the finals and ended up at the 3rd position with 233 points. If the team could have managed to get a great performance on the final day, they could even have won the title.

Match Highlights

The first match of the day was being played on the Sanhok map. This match saw the team of NFT Esports to dominate the lobby in their way and win the game. So, they were able to secure the win with a total of 8 kills and make a great start to the day for the team. Genesis Dogma remained consistent in their performance which helped the team to finish this match at 3rd spot with a total of 7 finishes. So, it was a great match and good performance was shown by the top teams.

Nandy from Team Morphy showed his great aggressive gameplay which helped his team to get the win. It was his patient gameplay which helped him to get a win for his team by taking the fights at the right time. At the end of the game, he eliminated the team of GPX who have been dominating throughout the match. The team of Geek Fam followed a safe gameplay again in this match which helped the team to get themselves to the 3rd position in the end.

The third match was being played on the Erangel map. This match was secured by the team of Aura Esports. The team showed that they are still in form and do not need to prove their domination all the time. Then it was time for the fourth match of the day which saw the team of Alter Ego to get the win. They won the game with a total of 13 finishes which helped them to be more close to the title. They had the zone advantage because of which they held the best position in the zone.
