PEL Spring 2022 Finals Day 2 Highlights

The second day of the Peacekeeper Elite League finals came to an end a few hours ago. This day saw the most unexpected twists and turns in the points table and also the matches which made this day much more interesting for the fans. The best part of the day came out to be the epic comeback of the team of 4 Angry Men to the tournament as they have now secured the first position on the leaderboard. Therefore, they were successful enough to dominate and replace the team of Six Two Eight (STE) Esports and take over the leaderboard. The team of 4 Angry Men is now having a total of 109 points in the ten matches they have played in the tournament finals till now.

On the other hand, the team of STE Esports were not able to show the same performance as they had on Day 1. Because of this reason, the team has slipped down to the 2nd position on the leaderboard. Now they would be looking forward to dethroning the team of 4 Angry Men in the next matches of the tournament finals and claim back their first position. Nova Esports who are currently the fan favourite team of the tournament remained consistent with their performance due to which they are still holding the third position in the tournament standings.

Nova Esports took a total of 44 points from the second day of the tournament which helped them to stick to their positions. The team is still looking for an opportunity to gain up more points and rank up to the first spot to take the title again. The team of All Gamers also gave an epic performance which helped them to remain at the 4th position in the leaderboard. So, it can be said that this day saw almost no changes to the top teams in the leaderboard. The team of RSG and PAI are having a total of 78 points each and are resting at 5th and 6th places respectively.

Match Highlights

The first match saw the team of JTeam to make a comeback in the tournament finals. They were at the last position when the first day of the tournament had ended but the first match helped them a lot to bring a jump in the standings as they took a total of 17 points from the game. Team PAI and 4 Angry Men also gave a great performance in the first match of the day which helped them to take a total of 13 points to the leaderboard. Nova Esports was just able to score 4 points from the game.

The second match was being played in the rainforest map of Sanhok. This match saw the team of JDE Gaming to dominate as they won the game with a total of 9 kills. It was also the first win which the team had secured in the tournament finals. The team of All Gamers also performed their best which helped them to gather a total of 12 points from the 2nd match. Nova Esports played aggressively but unfortunately missed the game and took 10 points from the same.

The team of RSG came out to be dominant in the 3rd match of the day. They took a total of 27 points alone from this match and played aggressively to make it happen. This match also helped the team to regain the confidence which they had lost on the first day of the finals. The team of 4 Angry Men gave a great performance but unfortunately were eliminated by the team of RSG and took 12 points from the game. All Gamers remained consistent in this match and secured 13 points.

The fourth match was one of the most intense matches of the tournament so far. This match was being played in the Erangel map and the fans saw the team of All Gamers maintain a strategic gameplay which helped them to clinch the win. They were able to take the zone advantage along with the height advantage near the Gatka Hills which helped them to take fights in the final circle.
