Minecraft Beta update 1.19.50 Patch notes

Minecraft Bedrock is the new version of Minecraft that comes with the ability to play on mobile devices, consoles and PC/Mac. It's been in beta testing for a while now, but it's finally out of beta and ready for everyone to download. The biggest change in this version is that it's now available on Xbox One and PS4 (it also makes its way to Nintendo Switch later this year). There are some new features like night and day cycles, along with a new way to navigate your worlds called Portal Worlds (more on those later).

There are also a few new mobs, including skeletons, creeper villagers and zombies that can be found in some of the new biomes. There are also four new bosses: The Ender Dragon, Wither Bosses and Guardians of the Nether! There are also some bug fixes that have been added as well as tweaks made to gameplay mechanics.

Minecraft Bedrock beta 1.19.50.23 patch notes have been revealed by the developer. Here they are:

The new version will bring some bug fixes and stability improvements, but the most important news is that the game is getting a new feature that makes it possible for players to trade with each other and build their own shops in-game, which will allow them to sell their goods! Also, Minecraft Bedrock beta 1.19.50.23 will be available for download on all platforms (PC, Android, iOS).

Here are some of the highlights from this update:

Improved reliability for Minecraft Launcher when running on older versions of Windows (e.g., Windows XP).

Added Linux support! This means that you can now play Minecraft Bedrock on your Mac or Linux computer! You can also buy skins using your Microsoft account (Xbox Live) if you have one, which should help with getting started with multiplayer games if you don’t already have a custom skin set up in-game yet.

Patch Notes

The Minecraft Bedrock 1.19.50.23 update is available for all players on Android and iOS. Minecraft: Pocket Edition players can now play with friends that are playing on Android devices, by signing in with a Google account or with Facebook.

The new feature allows players to invite friends to a world from their friend list or from the "Add Friend" menu in the world selection screen. Once invited, both players will be able to see each other in-game and join their world at any time. You can also use this feature to invite people you don't know but want to play with, or who you see online and want to connect with them offline!

If you're playing on a PC or Mac, you may have noticed that last week's update introduced some silly changes like a new "Invite Online Friends" button (which really just goes straight to your friend list) and the removal of the "Send Message" option from the main chat window These changes won't be coming back anytime soon (or ever), but we do plan on adding some more features like this in future updates!  The new update brings a bunch of new features and changes to the game, such as multiplayer support for Google Play Games, a new way to play in the Minecraft Marketplace, new inventory system, and more.

The biggest update in years is here, bringing with it changes to gameplay, graphics, and more. There's also an update for PS4 Pro players that adds 4K resolution support on Xbox One X and PS4 Pro.

Multiplayer Support for Google Play Games

Google Play Games was introduced as a way for players to connect with others who use their accounts on different devices. Now Minecraft has been added to those services and you can now play with friends across platforms without needing multiple accounts or logging in from another device.

Minecraft Marketplace (Beta)

The Minecraft Marketplace allows players to purchase downloadable content from within the game itself instead of from outside websites or apps. It includes skins, emotes and more that can be used directly in-game without having to navigate your way through menus on another device. The beta version of this feature is now live alongside Bedrock 1.19.
