PUBG Mobile Asian Games not to be held in Classic Mode

It had been earlier confirmed that PUBG Mobile would be included in Asian Games and this was the best news for Esports and the gaming community all over the world. Since then, the developers of PUBG Mobile started working on the Asian games version of PUBG Mobile as the game has been banned in many Asian countries due to some security reasons. But after that, there was not much information which had been given by the tournament officials about how the matches would be conducted for the Asian Games and how the teams would be winning the medals.

However, it has been reported that Battle Royale would not be a part of the Asian Games which would be played for PUBG Mobile. So, the main question which occurs here is, what would be the things which would be played for the same? Some reports have revealed that racing and shooting games type of game modes would be added to the Asian game's version of PUBG Mobile in which the players would be able to compete for the same. This is a whole new type of thing that would be done for PUBG Mobile tournaments. Tencent also confirmed that they have now started working on the Asian Games version of PUBG Mobile.

In a recent interview, Krafton had revealed this information about the Asian Games version of PUBG Mobile-

"There is no anti-personnel element, but we are developing an Asian game version so that you can feel the atmosphere of Bagg by providing PUBG IP (intellectual property rights) and builds."

So it can be seen that the developing company is now trying their best to build up the game which follows the guidelines that have been put to the Asian games and also the government of participating countries has no security issues with the application.

Let us now have a look at some other information that has been revealed about the PUBG Mobile medal events at the Asian Games. Therefore, it can be seen on the website that there would be some exclusive activities that would be included only in the Asian Games version of PUBG Mobile for the medal event. These activities would be somehow related to the real-sporting activities.

The games that have been included in the exclusive version of PUBG Mobile are parachuting, cross-country shooting, and racing. So, the main aim of including Esports as a medal event in the Asian Games is to reflect the real spirit of sportsmanship through Esports. Because of this reason, such games have been included in the PUBG Mobile Asian Games. Also, it has been mentioned that this would not be limited to these games which might mean some new games would be added to it soon.

Moreover, it has been informed that there would be a total of 16 players participating in a game with each team having a total of 4 players with them. This means that there would be a total of 4 teams playing against each other in a game. Further, the medal event has been divided into stages where the players first have to complete the primary stage by completing the shooting targets stage.

When they would have completed the same, then they have to complete the entire racing track too. The team which would be completing the same within the lowest amount of time would be declared the champions of the PUBG Mobile Asian Games. Therefore, this is a new thing that would be done in the history of all of the PUBG Mobile tournaments that have been played so far.
