Genshin Impact Maintenance period for 3.1 Update

Genshin Impact 3.1 is currently undergoing a maintenance period. During this time, the Genshin Impact 3 application will be unavailable for use. The downtime will begin at 10:00 AM CDT on Wednesday, September 29th and will end at 11:00 AM CDT on September 30th. The impact of this event includes but is not limited to:

- All users will be unable to access the Genshin Impact 3 application during this time period;

- During this time period all users will be unable to perform any actions within the Genshin Impact 3 application;

- All data related to the Genshin Impact 3 application will be inaccessible during this time period;

- All users who have access to their account information via email or webhooks can continue using those methods of communication during this time period;

- For those customers who have purchased access to their account information via webhooks or email.

The Genshin Impact 3.1 maintenance will be performed from Monday, August 5 to Friday, August 9. The server downtime for the maintenance is anticipated to be between 2AM - 6AM Pacific Time (PDT). This means users will not be able to log into the Impact 3.1 application during this time period. The impact of this maintenance on our service will be minimal as we have created a failover system that allows us to run our services in parallel on different servers.

- Bug fixes and improvements;

- Performance improvements;

- Stability improvements

During the maintenance, Genshin Impact 3.1 will be unavailable. The impact on your application is minimal but your database connection may be unavailable for a short period of time if you are using the connector for external data sources.

The Genshin Impact 3.1 Maintenance is issued by Genshin, Inc., an independent software vendor ("ISV"), and is provided by Genshin to you pursuant to a written agreement between us for your use of the Service. You may not download or install updates, bug fixes, or new versions of the Service from any site other than the official Genshin Impact 3.1 Update site located at www.impact3.com/downloads/

The Service may only be used as expressly permitted in this Agreement. You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover any source code underlying the Service except as expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation. You may not remove or alter any proprietary notices that appear on or in any component of the Service.
