The first week of the official PUBG Mobile Pro League South Asia 2022 came to an end. And this week saw the team of Godlike Stalwart Esports to dominate the game entirely. They have been the tournament defending champions so they are showing how they would be able to dominate the fray. The first week of the tournament saw Godlike Stalwart Esports to secure the first position and win the same. The team is having a total of 268 points during the first week of the tournament only which shows their domination in the tournament.

 

Along with that, they also secured a total of 111 kill points. They have been among the few teams which were able to secure more than a hundred kills within a week. The team also dominated the one extra match which had been played in the Livik map. Along with that, they gained another advantage for finishing at the first position. They are now having a total of 20 bonus points on the leaderboard. In all the matches which they had played, the team secured chicken dinner in a total of seven matches. This helped the team to show their consistent performance throughout the week.

The team of DRS Gaming did not manage to perform great during the start of the week. But they were able to secure great matches towards the end which helped them to finish at the 2nd position. They also became another team which grabbed more than hundred kills in the tournament week. But they fell more than 40 points short to secure the first position. IHC Esports who had the previous roster of Zeus Gaming also managed to get the podium spots in the week. They have the third place which helped them to secure some bonus points too. 

 

The team missed the 2nd position by just 8 points. If a few matches would not have gone bad, they would have finished at the top two positions in the week. They had dominated the lobbies by securing the maximum kills during the week. They had a total of 112 kills during the entire week which helped them to be among the top Fragger teams of the tournament. High Voltage did not performed well during the first few days of the tournament. But they managed to come back to the race as they finished in 4th place.

 

Match standings

The first match of the day was being played on the Erangel map. This match saw the team of STE to finish the game by doing a 1v2 clutch against the team of IHC Esports. It was impossible for him to win the game but he got the off angle at the end which helped him to get the win for his team. So, it was the team of Godlike Stalwart Esports which won the first match of the day with a total of 16 finishes. It became a great start of the day for the team as they secured more points than ever. 

Mabetex Esports showed off their patience skills to win the 2nd match of the day. The team played zone to zone and did not took unnecessary fights which helped them to get the win. So, in the end they won the game with a total of 8 kills. The team of T2K secured the second position in this match which helped them to take over a good amount of points. This was all made possible with the help of Jane. He also became the Most Valuable Player of the game as he took a total of 7 kills for his team alone. 

 

1952XDRW got the luck of the zone towards them which helped them to win the third match of the day. The zone shifted towards them in the end and they were at the best position which one could have in that zone. So, the team took the advantage of the zone and position both which helped them to get the win over here. All of their players had dominated and were alive till the end circle which helped them to get the win with a total of 10 kills.
