War Mania CEO hints at BGMI Comeback

It has been a long time since BGMI has been banned by the Government of India. The game was removed from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store on July 28, 2022. Since then, the fans had been waiting for the developers to ensure that the game would be back in the country. The developers also informed that they are working with the Government to complete all the necessities and the game would be back soon. But since then, they had not updated the fans regarding the process which is going on regarding the game unban. 

Recently, there are some few internal sources which have provided information about the game unban. Hrishav Bhattacharjee also have given some information to the fans regarding the unban of the game. If you do not know him, then let me tell you that Hrishav Bhattacharjee is the founder and CEO of War Mania. It is one of the leading Esports organizations in the country which keeps on organizing big tournaments for many games. Along with that, being the biggest organization for tournament purposes has allowed Hrishav to gain some information regarding the game unban.

He is much active on his official Instagram handle due to which he posts updates related to the game. He even posted updates regarding the ban of PUBG Mobile and most of them came out to be correct. A few hours ago, he posted some stories regarding the unban of Battlegrounds Mobile India. Along with that, he also gave some information to the fans regarding the things which are stopping the game to come back to the country. It has been a long time since the game has been banned and the players and content creators are constantly waiting for the comeback of the same.

Hrishav's Instagram stories

War Mania founder and CEO, Hrishav Bhattacharjee posted some stories on his official Instagram account giving updates regarding the unban of the game. He also informed the players about the estimated time which would take for the game to be unbanned. Due to his activeness on social media, fans follow him to be updated regarding the status of the game in the country. After having a look at the Instagram stories which had been posted by him recently, it seems that the game would be unbanned soon. But the players must note that he did not provide any official announcement regarding the game unban.

He just have the chances of the game being unbanned along with the date. In his Instagram stories, he had said that BGMI would be unbanned by the month of November 2022. He also revealed that the chances for the same are more than 90 percent. So, this means that there are higher chances now for the game to come back and the players can keep hopes for the same. It should be noted that he has just provided the chances of the game being unbanned. There is something going on between the developers and the Government of India to ensure that the game is back. 

He also said that if the game does not comes back till the month of November, it would result in the downfall of Indian Esports scenario. This would in turn have some serious outcomes for the Indian Gaming Community which was growing at a rapid pace because of BGMI Official tournaments. All the teams and creators who are related to the Indian Esports scenario would start shifting themselves to the other countries. We have already seen Godlike Esports to take such initiatives as they have collaborated with Stalwart Esports.

There was another part of his story which had been written in Hindi. In that story, he had discussed about the problems which need to be sorted between the developers and Government of India. He also revealed that the Government of India is bringing out new problems on daily basis which are stopping the game to be unbanned. If this problem gets continued, it might even be possible that the game does not comes back to the country.
