Scout confirmed to play PMWI 2022 for 7Seas

Battlegrounds Mobile India has been banned by the Government of India a few weeks ago. After the ban of the game, the Indian Esports scenario was affected a lot. It was not even confirmed whether the Indian players would be able to play the PUBG Mobile World Invitational 2022 or not. There are a total of two Indian teams which have been invited to the tournament. These teams are team Soul and Team 7Seas Esports. Soul would be representing India in the Main Event of the tournament while 7Seas is a part of the Afterparty Showdown.

Krafton has now confirmed that Indian teams would also be a part of the game. Therefore, a video came out on their YouTube channel which showed us the teams which are participating in the tournament. Fortunately, it even consisted of the Indian teams. So, it would be intense to have the Indian teams compete against all the other top teams from all over the world. The teams have also revealed their lineups which would be representing them in the International level. The fans were way too excited to check out who represents the Indian teams in the tournament. Team Soul showed no changes in their lineup.

7Seas reveals its PMWI lineup

7Seas had not revealed its lineup for the PUBG Mobile World Invitational 2022. The team had been qualified for the tournament through the first official BGMI LAN event which was played in the month of July. They had won the tournament because of which they secured their spot in the Afterparty Showdown of the tournament. Now they would be playing the second phase of the tournament which would be played from 18th August to 20th August. The second phase of the tournament is having a prize pool of 1 million dollars.

One thing came out to be surprising in the lineup of 7Seas Esports. They have confirmed that now Scout will also be a part of the team for the World Invitational 2022. This is one of the best news which Scout fans would have ever heard as they have been waiting for Scout to represent India once again in the International level. Last time when Scout played a PUBG Mobile International event, it was from the team of OR Esports. In that tournament, they missed winning the trophy and ended at the 2nd position. Till then, Scout waited for the right opportunity to go International which he has found now.

Scout has been in the competitive scenarios of PUBG Mobile since the year 2018. He is also known to be one of the most deadliest players all over the world. Also, the performance which was given by Scout in the PMWL before the ban of PUBG Mobile is considered to be one of the best performances ever given by any Indian team in the International stage. Therefore, the fans are way too excited to see how Scout helps the team to secure the win in the tournament and how he makes a comeback to the Competitive scenario.

7Seas PMWI 2022 Lineup

Let us now have a look at the lineup of 7Seas Esports which would be representing the team in the PUBG Mobile World Invitational 2022. The lineup of the team consists of-

  • Aladdin

  • Sarang

  • Scout

  • Madman

  • Spraygod

Spraygod and Scout are among the new additions which the team had made for the tournament. They had loaned Madman earlier from the team of 8bit Esports. The amount which they gave for the Player loan is yet not revealed to the media. However, Madman played an impressive role to help the team secure the win in the first official LAN event of BGMI.

So, the loaning of Madman from 8Bit came out to be beneficial for the team due to which he would also be a part of the team in the upcoming International tournament. Spraygod gave  a dominating performance in the Grand Finals of the tournament which helped him to come out as the Most Valuable Player in the Grand finals. This will be the first time when Spraygod would be playing any International tournament of PUBG mobile or BGMI so far.
