Stray, the upcoming cat game from Sony Bend Studio, has its release date possibly leaked by the PlayStation database.

The database entry for Stray has been updated to 2022, which could mean that fans will be able to own the game in just a few months’ time. However, there is no official confirmation on this yet, so take it with a pinch of salt.

This isn’t the first time that we have heard about Stray as it was announced back in May, with developers promising that it will be a “completely new experience” that players will love. The game is expected to be a third-person action-adventure title which will feature stealth mechanics and an open world environment.

Stray is set in a post-apocalyptic world where the last surviving humans are trying to survive against monsters and other threats. Players will control a stray cat named Aya who can talk and fight using weapons like guns or swords. The game also allows players to customize their character as they see fit by choosing from different colours and styles for their fur coats.

Stray is a cyberpunk-themed survival game where you play as a stray cat who must find food and shelter from other animals. The game is developed by a small team called Moppin and published by Devolver Digital. It's been in development for over two years, but now we finally have a release date!

According to an announcement on Twitter, Stray will launch on March 20th for PC, PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch (via Nintendo eShop). The game will also be available on Steam Early Access at the same time it launches on other platforms.

From what we've seen so far of Stray - including its trailer and gameplay video - it looks pretty interesting. It's colourful, has some nice music and seems like it could be fun to play with friends if you're looking for something lighthearted after beating up some bad guys in Red Dead Redemption 2 or other violent games.

Stray is the first game from Eko Studio, a small indie team based in the Netherlands. The studio was founded by an international group of developers who had previously worked on games like Batman: Arkham Origins and Just Cause 3.

The idea for Stray came about when one of the developers decided he wanted to make an open-world RPG where cats were the main characters. After some brainstorming, they decided that this would be a great opportunity to create something new and innovative that would appeal to a wide audience.

In Stray players control a cat who must explore a huge cyberpunk-inspired city filled with skyscrapers, factories and other urban areas. Their goal is to find as many kittens as possible while also completing side quests along the way. There are also various factions scattered throughout the world that players can join if they wish - these factions will help them unlock new abilities for their cats. 

In Stray you'll play as a hacker named Hope who wakes up alone in an abandoned city. You'll have to survive by exploring the cyberpunk world, searching for food and water while avoiding hostile robots called Scrappers. Players will also have to take care of their pet cat, because it's more than just a companion - it's your only source of light in the dark city streets!
