BMPS Season 1 League Week 2 Day 2 Highlights

The second day of Battleground Mobile Pro Series Season 1 came to an end a few hours ago. This day saw the most anticipated matches of the tournament as the best teams went against each other for a spot at the top. As we all knew, there was a tough competition between many teams to get the first position which was received by Team Soul. But the team of OR Esports made an epic comeback in the 2nd week of the tournament as they took more than 75 points from the first day of the week. But today, the team of OR Esports performed more better than they did on the previous day. The team took a total of 81 points during the day with a total of 4 matches which they had played.

Out of these 4 matches, the team was successful to get two chicken dinners which helped them to gather more points. So, at the end they were able to dethrone Team Soul and come up to the first position in the league stages of the tournament. OR Esports is now having a total of 354 points in the points table and have also become the only team to cross the 350 points mark in the tournament till now. Team Soul again had an average performance in the day due to which they have slipped down to the second position. They are currently holding the 2nd position with a total of 311 points. The team needs to put up a great comeback in the next few days of the league stages to regain their first spot. Team XO also showed a dominant performance which helped the team to get a further push in the overall standings of the tournament. After the day ended, Team XO finished at the 3rd position with a total of 250 points. Nigma Galaxy has now dropped themselves to the 4th position.

Match Highlights

The first match of the day was being played between Group A and Group C. This match was won by Team XO as the team showed a patient and strategic gameplay towards the final battle. This helped them to take the win with a total of 14 finishes. During the end fights, Team Soul was battling their best against FS and on the other hand Team XO waited for their chance to get into the fight to get the maximum advantage. Sensei was awarded as the Most Valuable Player of the game because he took a total of 6 kills alone for his team.

The second match came to be the comeback game for the team of OR Esports. This match was being played in Miramar map and the team took a lot of advantages in the final circle which helped them to take over the win. They had taken the height advantage in the final circle which helped the team to take the maximum number of kills as possible. Autobotz Esports showed the power of underdog teams as they took a great fight against OR Esports towards the end. But unfortunately they did not had much advantages due to which they finished the match at the 2nd position.

The third match again saw the domination of Team XO as they took the win with a total of 10 eliminations. At first the team showed a passive gameplay and towards the end, they started using their well planned strategies which helped the team to secure the win. R Esports also gave a great performance in this match with their passive gameplay but unfortunately they were unable to clinch the win. So, they finished the game at the 2nd position with a total of 5 kills.

The team of UP50 Esports played their best in the fourth match which helped the team to secure the win. They won the game with a total of 7 finishes. At the end zone, it was the fight between Hyderabad Hydras and the team of UP50 Esports where UP50 showed their strategic gameplay which helped them to eliminate Hyderabad Hydras at the 2nd position. 7Sea Esports played dominant in the beginning of the game but were eliminated due to early fights with a total of 7 kills.
