Fusion Rifles which you should use in Destiny 2

Destiny 2 is a game with a lot of guns. There are tons of pistols, hand cannons, scout rifles, auto-rifles, sniper rifles, and shotguns. However, there is a class of weapons that each player should be very familiar with, as they can make a huge difference in the Crucible. Fusion Rifles are incredibly powerful, but slow firing. Their charge time and damage output make them ideal for headshots and taking down enemy players one at a time, but they're weaker in close-range combat.

1) Likely Suspect
The first one on my list is the Likely Suspect, which is a Legendary Fusion Rifle with an impressive base range and stability. It also comes with a unique perk called "Shot Package," which increases precision damage while aiming down sights and gives you better target acquisition. The Likely Suspect is an excellent choice for those looking to get their feet wet with Fusion Rifles. It's no slouch at 60 Attack (the maximum), but it's easy to use, making it a solid choice for beginners. It also uses special ammo that can be found frequently in PvE content--not just Raids--so you're less likely to run out if you need it in a pinch. With a good rate of fire, excellent stability, and a splash damage effect on its final round, this weapon has everything you need.

2) Main Ingredient

So far, the best fusion rifle is Main Ingredient. While it isn't as powerful as some of its competitors (like Plan C), it has a few advantages that make it stand out from the crowd. First, its three-round burst means it can take down shields in one shot and its impact damage is more reliable than a lot of other fusion rifles. This is great for getting those headshots and finishing off opponents who are trying to revive their teammates—you'll need to get up close and personal if you have Main Ingredient equipped, but it's an incredibly rewarding weapon if used correctly.

3) Deliverance
Deliverance is an Exotic Kinetic Fusion Rifle that comes from the Curse of Osiris expansion. It features one of the highest fire rates of any Fusion Rifle in the game, as well as three very useful perks:  The Huckleberry is a unique weapon that only drops from the Crucible Quartermaster during PvP events—it won't drop during PvE activities. It has a high range and impact rating, coupled with a slower charge time than most other Fusion Rifles. Although it comes equipped with solid perk options like increasing magazine size and damage when aiming down sights, its most powerful perk is "Take A Knee," which reduces recoil when crouching.

4) Jötunn
The Destiny 2 PvP meta is always changing. The latest feature mode and map, Rumble, is a great example of that: there was plenty of chatter during the early weeks of its release about how to deal with the new combination of close- and long-range weaponry available. Jötunn, for instance, was one of the first fusion rifles available in the game. It's an exotic fusion rifle that many players have since learned how to incorporate into their loadouts and strategies.

The Snorri is one of the most effective Fusion Rifles for mid-range engagements due to its semi-auto firing mode and low recoil. It's available from Devrim Kay, the vendor who sells Crucible items in the European Dead Zone (EDZ). In the Crucible it has only been surpassed by one other weapon, but it's currently a top contender for most used Fusion Rifle during strike missions where there's ample cover available. It takes up its own energy slot, so make sure your build has room for an extra energy weapon before you pick this one up!
