Minecraft Lodestone Build and Uses

Lodestone is a special block used in the Lost City DLC to create a portal that takes you to the different areas of the city. How to make and use lodestone in Minecraft 1.19 update:

Step One: You need to place a block of lapis lazuli on top of another block of lapis lazuli in order for it to be used as a crafting ingredient.
