This is the time of year where everyone is excited to get their hands on a new version of Minecraft. The biggest reason for this is that it's the first time we've seen Mojang work on updating the game since Microsoft purchased them. While some are concerned about how that will affect the vanilla version of game, others are anxiously waiting for all the new features, including new mobs and new biomes!

However, there's a bit of a more subtle change coming in an update that Mojang has been working on for over two years now. When 1.19 releases, we'll finally be able to log in to our servers and add mods to our worlds. As much as I love vanilla Minecraft, some mods have made playing so much more fun.
