Genshin Impact 2.6 update schedule

Players have been waiting for the next Genshin Impact update for a very long time. The developers have finally confirmed the next update and also the date when this update would be launched. Version 2.6 update has been one of the most awaited updates which the developers will be launching to the game soon. Along with that, the developers have confirmed that the update will be launched officially on 30 March 2022 and all the countries will receive the update depending upon the time zones which are being followed there. But, it has also been confirmed that the update will be launched everywhere till 11 AM (UTC +8) and the players will be able to play the same.

But the players must also be aware that they will be unable to play the game on the day when the update would be launched. The developers would be putting the game in for a maintenance break which would be done in just a few hours. After the maintenance break, the update would be launched and the game would be available for everyone to play. The developers have also officially announced that the maintenance break will be starting at 6 AM (UTC +8) and will come to an end at 10:59 AM (UTC +8).

Players can also have a look at the countdown of the maintenance break in the game. Moreover, some players also noticed that the maintenance break that the developers have given for the update is the same as they gave during the version 2.5 update of the game. Many players have also checked the Three Realms Gateway Offering available in the game and there they have seen that the countdown has been put down by the developers in the game so that the players have an idea when the update will be launched. About the Update

Let us now have a look at what the players are having in the game through the next update. Developers have provided a countdown in the game which tells us when the update will officially be available to everyone across the world. Players must also note that the time when the update will be launched will not be affected by Daylight Savings. The countdown which has been provided in the game counts to 11 AM (UTC +8) on 30 March 2022. As we all know that UTC  correlates with the Chinese time and also the Daylight Savings are not able to affect the same.

Many of the data miners of the game have already leaked all the things which might be coming to the game when the banner update of this version goes live. Venti and Ayato are the characters who would be getting featured in the upcoming banner update. This would be for the first time when Ayato would be featured in the banner updates of the game and Venti would be getting a rerun in this banner update. Venti was last featured in a banner update almost a year ago.

Along with that, the players must also note that in case the developers extend the maintenance break of the game, they would be rewarding something to the players which can even be a handful of primogems. But, that happens in very rare cases as the developers of the game are way too punctual upon launching the update at the correct time and even before the same. When the maintenance break for the update would begin, it would also mark an end to the Three Realms Gateway Offering event of the game. 

It has been stated by the developers that the maintenance break will last for a total of 5 hours. At this time, the players will be unable to play the game. Many players are also having high expectations from the update as they have already seen the live stream of version 2.6 when it was made official. Along with that, the data miners have also played an important role in informing the players about the things which they should expect from the next update. Although the developers have not confirmed the size of the update, it would be of huge size.
