The grand finals of PMPL Thailand 2022 Spring came to an end a few hours ago and the team of Vampire Esports proved why they should be called the best team in the Thailand region. They were successful in winning the overall tournament as they had a total of 228 points in the grand finals. Along with that, they also played aggressively which made them the team with the most kills in the grand finals. They had a total of 88 eliminations in the grand finals of the tournament. The team entered the Esports scenario of PUBG Mobile in June 2021 and has been showing their domination since then.

The team of Bacon Time also gave a deadly performance due to which they were able to secure the second position in the tournament. They had signed two new players ahead of the tournament which were JQ and ShirtyS. These players also had an important role to ensure that the team is able to perform well in the tournament. So, Bacon Time ended the grand finals with a total of 208 points. On the other hand, the team of TEM Entertainment missed the second position of the grand finals with just a few points due to which they had to settle for third.

They would be looking forward to bringing some improvements to their performance so that they secure the top position next time. The top three teams from the grand finals have successfully secured their place in the PMPL SEA Championship while the teams which secured 4th to 6th positions have qualified for the PMPL SEA Championship Play-Ins. The Infinity who were the defending champions of the tournament showed an average performance which the fans did not expect to have. At the end, they ended the grand finals with a total of 195 points in fifth position.

Noozy again showed why he is among the most aggressive players all over the world as he secured the 2nd spot in the best player of the tournament list. His contribution to the team played an important role as always and he would be looking forward to maintaining his domination in the further tournaments. On the other hand, the team of FaZe Esports ended the grand finals at the 6th position. TonyK helped the team a lot with his extraordinary performance and now FaZe has secured their spot for the Play-Ins of the PMPL SEA Championship. TonyK had a total of 127 eliminations in the overall tournament which helped him to bag the MVP title.

Qualified teams for SEA Championship

Let us now have a look at the teams which have been qualified for the PMPL SEA Championship. The top 6 teams from the grand finals have successfully advanced for the same and would be meeting the best teams from the other regions at the battleground. Teams which had secured the top three spots have been directly qualified for the PMPL SEA Championship. These teams are-

Therefore, these teams have secured their spot directly in the tournament whereas the remaining teams will have to clear the Play-Ins of the tournament to get themselves advanced for the same. Teams which have been qualified for the Play-Ins of the tournament are as follows-

  3. FaZe Clan

So, these teams would have to clear the Play-Ins of the tournament to ensure that they are a part of the main championship. Fans have many expectations from FaZe Clan and think that they would be able to get themselves qualified for the PMPL SEA Championship. Their comeback during the last day of the tournament made many fans happy and now they are a part of the Play-Ins of the tournament.

The team of KOG gave their best performance and also fought till the end but unfortunately they were not able to end in the top 6 teams at the grand finals. They had missed their spot at PMPL SEA Championship by just a margin of 3 points to the team of FaZe. On the other hand, the team of E29 dropped a total of seven places in the last day of the tournament which also pushed them out of the PMPL SEA Championship.
